Disclosure Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
As Dia Pro Medical Products Industry and Trade Inc. (“Company”), the privacy and security of your personal data is our priority. We take care to apply the highest level of security measures when processing and storing these data.
Your personal data are processed within the scope specified below, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation, in the capacity of “Data Controller.”
The Company’s Disclosure Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data (“Disclosure Text”) has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform”; to inform you transparently about the identity of the “Data Controller,” the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, to whom and for what purposes they may be transferred, the duration of data processing, and your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
Explanations made for “your personal data” in the Disclosure Text also cover “your sensitive personal data.”
Methods and Legal Basis of Collecting Your Personal Data:
Your personal data may vary depending on your relationship with the Company; they may be collected automatically or non-automatically through documents provided by Opakim Medical Products Industry and Trade Inc., MDS Health Products Trade Inc., Hemakim Medical Products Industry and Trade Inc. (“Group Subsidiaries Central Management”), and

Regarding visitor records; visitor’s full name, represented institution, purpose of visit, visited unit/person, entry and exit date-time information, and any identity information that may be collected during the visit (identity number/Republic of Turkey ID number only when mandatory) are processed. These data are processed for facility security, emergency management, and fulfillment of legal obligations concerning visitors.
Your personal data may be created and updated for the duration of your relationship with our Company, and may be kept in both digital and physical environments. They may be processed and transferred in line with the purposes listed in the second article below and in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:

To enable the relevant business units to carry out necessary work so that real and/or legal third-party institutions and organizations associated with our Company (Group Subsidiaries Central Management, branches, dealers, distributors, business partners, customers, suppliers, domestic or foreign third-party service providers, independent audit companies, companies operating as intermediaries/agents, institutions and organizations permitted by relevant laws, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorate, Social Security Institution, General Directorate of Security, legally authorized public institutions and private organizations, Company employees, consultants, representatives, hospitals, clinics, doctors, other healthcare personnel, patients, visitors, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions, etc.) can benefit from the products and services of our Company and/or its affiliated centers and units,

To carry out inspections and/or regulatory duties by authorized public institutions, including but not limited to the Social Security Institution, Provincial Health Directorate, and Ministry of Health,

To conduct market research, promotion, and necessary information regarding our products and services, evaluate complaints and suggestions, and communicate with you directly through communication channels shared with the Company,

To carry out all Human Resources processes and policies of our Company,

To determine, develop, and implement our Company’s business policies, commercial policies, business strategies, and legal compliance processes,

To carry out accreditation and evaluation studies of the Company and its affiliated centers and units,

Within the scope of R&D projects conducted by our Company; for project-based budgeting, incentive applications, cost analysis, and audit processes, to process relevant employees’ salary, bonus, personal, duty, and project contribution data, and share with R&D consultancy firms, project partners, academic institutions, or authorized public institutions as required by legislation. These shares are only for the purpose of conducting, auditing, and tracking incentives of R&D activities,
