Across Bio® Brucella IgG/IgM Coombs Kit
By preventing the agglutination of IgM antibodies, which indicates the acute period in the diagnosis of Brucella disease, the kit allows to determine whether the disease is in the acute or chronic phase.
Across Bio® Brucella IgG/IgM Coombs kit, with colored antigens in Brucella Antigenic Solution , enables detection of IgG and IgM antibodies developed against B. abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis in the patient serum samples, by means of denaturation solution, inhibition of agglutination of IgM antibody and detection of agglutination-related reactions that occur as a result of IgG binding in gel centrifugation technique using Coombs medium.
