This text has been prepared by DİA PRO TIBBİ ÜRÜNLER SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. as the Data Controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification.

The purpose of this Website Cookie Clarification Text is to inform you about how cookies used on our website are managed, stored, and processed in relation to personal data, which types of cookies we use for which purposes, the legal basis, and your rights.

No cookies are used on our company’s website. During visitors’ use of the site, no personal data is collected, stored, or processed through cookies under any circumstances.

    Only through the “My Career” page on our website, for job application purposes, the following personal data are collected:
    • Name, surname
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Resume (CV) file

This information is sent directly to the Human Resources department for the purpose of managing the application process and is not stored on the website or server.

  1. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing Personal Data
    Collected personal data is processed solely for the purpose of managing and evaluating the application process.

Your personal data is processed under the scope of “the legitimate interest of the data controller” pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2(f) of the Law No. 6698.

  1. Your Rights
    The processing of personal data through these cookies is based on the processing condition of “the necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” under Article 5, paragraph 2(f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, can be submitted to our Company by filling out the “Data Subject Application Form” available at “https://diapro.com.tr” and submitting it to our Company in the manner specified in the form.

Requests submitted to our Company will be responded to in writing or electronically, depending on the nature of the request, as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days, against the processing fee specified in Article 7 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Data Subject Applications.
