The principle of the Across Gel Brucella Coombs test is based on the detection of agglutination induced reactions resulting from the binding of IgG and IgM antibodies against B. abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis in patient serum samples and colored antigens in Brucella Antigenic Solution in Coombs medium by gel centrifugation technique.

Serological diagnosis of hydatidosis; It is based on the principle of detecting samples containing anti-Echinococcus antibodies. Echinococcus Granulosis chimeric antigen is coated on sheep erythrocytes and detection is achieved by agglutinating these
erythrocytes with specific antibodies in the serum. Results against three different epitopes are seen in one microtube. It can be used easily and safely in almost all laboratories, including primary care laboratories.
