Across Gel® ABO Typing

Cards offer multiparameter testing with its specific antibody structure inside of A, B, AB microtubes and Lectin A1, Anti H microtubes detecting ABO and ABO variations inForward Grouping.

In order to make Reverse Grouping tests within the same card, N/A1 and N/B microtubes are used  for reverse antibody detection in serum/plasma against the antigen which is not available on the erythrocyte surface.
